as long as the covers and linings are flame retardant (which ours are) candles can provide plenty of atmospheric light although not really sufficient on their own.
Fairy lights or rope lights
Excellent for lighting up a dance floor or
illuminating an outdoor path/entrance (outdoor versions only). Normal christmas tree fairy lights are suitable for indoor use and prove very effective criss-crossed across the ceiling above the lining (only turned on for dancing)
Festoon lighting
We offer a basic lighting option of festoon lighting - a string of lights placed above the lining and controlled by a dimmer system

Uplighters
Uplighters provide a 'light wash' up the sides of a marquee, coloured gels add to the effect.
Lightweight stand versions are available from stores such as Ikea, heavyduty
floor based uplighters can prove expensive to buy so hiring is a more cost effective option for these.
Disco lighting
Available to hire from local sound and vision hire stores.
